Offside Explorers
This is football, lived
Offside Explorers is a soccer-specific travel company, curating unforgettable experiences for players, teams, and fans. Blending the passion of the game with the thrill of global adventure, we design custom trips that include elite training, cultural exploration, and competitive matches—on and off the pitch.
Offside Explorers was created to bridge the gap between local development and global opportunity.
Founded by Lee Cullip, a Houston-based soccer leader with deep experience in youth development and professional environments, and Simeon Steward, a former professional player with international connections and elite insight, Offside Explorers was built to offer something different.
The difference
We are the home of the Two Leg Tour — a carefully structured international experience where players train and compete in two distinct football cultures within one journey.
Two cities.
Two clubs.
Two football identities.
One unforgettable experience.
Unlike large-scale travel companies, Offside Explorers is intentionally selective. We do not run dozens of generic trips. We build a small number of deeply curated experiences each year, allowing us to:
Work directly with host clubs and technical directors
Maintain authentic professional standards
Provide tailored player development environments
Create meaningful cultural immersion
Stay personally present throughout the journey
We believe, boutique is better.
We partner with professional clubs, academies, and trusted hosts across Europe and beyond to create immersive soccer journeys that include:
Competitive international matches
Professional-level training sessions
Tactical and cultural workshops
Behind-the-scenes club access
City immersion experiences
Personal growth moments that last far beyond the trip
Every detail is intentional — from the clubs we align with to the cities we explore.
We don’t believe in
generic tours.
We believe in pathways.
We believe in perspective.
Because once a player trains in Copenhagen, competes in Milan, or walks through Rome as a teammate abroad, something shifts.
And when the experience is personal, intentional, and deeply connected — that shift lasts.
