• For Clubs & Coaches-
Three things. Lee travels on every tour, so the person who sold you the trip is the person running it. We specify that sessions are coached by the host club's academy staff, not foundation or part-time coaches. And we cap ourselves at around twenty partner clubs, which is what makes the first two possible.

Committed players ready for a professional training environment. We work with the host club to make sure sessions are pitched to genuinely challenge your squad rather than accommodate it. This isn't recreational travel — it's a demanding soccer week with real culture around it.

Development. Exposure sometimes happens naturally in professional environments, but we don't sell it and we won't promise scouting or contracts. What we can promise is a higher training standard, genuinely competitive fixtures, and players who come home with a different reference point for what serious soccer looks like.

Twelve to eighteen months is normal. American school calendars only allow four travel windows a year, and every club in the country is looking at the same four, so host availability goes early.

We keep groups small on purpose — as a guide, 12 players for a 9v9 squad, or 13 for an 11v11 squad. Tell us your squad size at the first conversation and we'll tell you honestly whether it works.

Costs depend on destination, duration and group size. We'll give you a realistic per-player figure at the first conversation — before you've committed to anything.

Offside Explorers staff travel with the group throughout, including Lee. Your club's own coaching staff travel too. Groups are deliberately small, so the adult-to-player ratio is high and every player is known by name. Usually two to three Offside Explorers staff travel on tour, and whoever you booked with is always one of them.

Yes, and most parents do. At least one parent usually travels, and plenty of families bring everyone. We'll arrange your accommodation with the group, and you're welcome at matches, stadium tours and team meals.

So you can build a trip around the tour. We tell you when to arrive and recommend a flight, then you book it yourself — which means you can fly out early or stay on afterwards. Families who do usually say it was the best decision they made.

Payment is scheduled rather than a single lump sum — we offer both a full lump-sum option and a payment schedule, and we send enrolled families a private payment link. All tours must be paid in full 30 days before travel.

We understand that plans can change. Initial deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation refunds thereafter depend on how close the cancellation is to departure and any costs already committed to our travel partners, hotels, clubs and other suppliers.
Where possible, Offside Explorers will work with families to recover or credit refundable costs. Specific cancellation deadlines, refund terms and payment schedules are clearly outlined in each tour agreement before booking.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including appropriate trip cancellation coverage.
